As photographs will be taken, recordings will be made at the conference and the conference may be broadcasted, your image may be preserved in the form of a recording and on a photograph and preserved as a live stream.
Your participation in the conference that entails introducing yourself, asking questions and taking the floor constitutes consent for the capturing and recording of such utterances and dissemination of your image. Withdrawal of consent given in such a manner will not have any impact on the data collected prior to such withdrawal.

We will store your personal data until we complete the task, for the purpose of which the personal data was collected, or until you withdraw your consent to further processing, unless we have legitimate grounds for the further processing of your data.
